Dual channel monitoring (Dual Watch)

Sometimes you may wish to monitor more than one channel. Dual Watch
allows to monitor 2 channels.
Select one of the two desired channels.

Press MODE (3 x) until you see dc oF .

Now the radio will automatically survey both channels alternating. You will see
the channels alternating in the display. DW remembers that Dual Watch is
active. For switching off, use the same procedure, but select dc oF.

Roger Beep Tone

Whenever you release the PTT button, a "Roger Beep" tone may be
transmitted to let your friends know you are finished talking.
To enable the Roger Beep:
• Press MODE (4 x) until You see rb On or rb oF in the display.
• Select with
• confirm selection with MODE or PTT
• You will see

Keyboard tones

Im the next menu step (5x MODE) you can select whether or not you hear a
beep tone when hitting keys. This menu step appears with bP On or oF.

You may select your desired memory channels under menu steps 6 and 7
