O DECODER(Input-output Jacks)
These are input and output jacks for the
DBX decoder. When the decode operation
is used connect the Input jacks (RCV) to
the TO DECODER(SEND)jacksof the c.i.
The decoded signal will be sent to the
DECODER SEND jacks of the RX-8 to
provide a normal signal output. This signal
can be connected to the TO DECODER
RCV jacks on the C•l.
O ENCODER(Input-output Jacks)
These are Input-Output jacks for the RX-8
DBX UNIT encode circuitry. When a non-
encoded signal is connected to the Input
jacks (ENCODER RCV) the signal will
be encoded and that signal sent to the
ENCODER SEND jacks of the RX-8. Con.
sult the Owner's Manual for the Cel for
other connection information.
O CONTROL SIGNAL (DBX Control
Signal Connector)
Connect this plug to the CONTROL SIGNAL
connector on the Cel Cassette Tape Deck.
After this cable is connected then depress
the POWER Switch and the DBX Switch to
activate the encoder and decoder circuits
the DBX UNIT.
O AC POWER IN (Power cord)
Connect this power cord to an AC outlet or
power supply which providesthe proper AC
voltage and frequency specified on the label
affixed to the RX-8 or printed on the
packing carton.

TO DECODER RCV.Buchsedes C.I geführt
werden.

Ausgangsbuchse)
Eingangs- und Ausgangsbuchsefür den
Kodierer des RX-8 DBX•Gerätes. Wird ein
nicht•kodiertes Signal an die Eingangsbuchse
(ENCODER RCV) gelegt, so Wird es kodiert
und dann zur ENCODER SEND-Buchse des
RX-8geführt.Oberandere Anschlußmöglich-
keiten informiert Sie die Bedienungsanlei-
tung für das Kassetten•Tonbandgerätes.
O CONTROL SIGNAL (dbx-Kontroll-
signalanschluß)
Verbinden Sie diesen Anschlußstecker mit
in
dem CONTROL SIGNAL-Anschluß
Kassetten•Tonbandgerätes. Nach dem An-
schluß dieses Kabels den POWER-Schalter
und den DBXSchalter
Kodierer und Dekodierer
Gerätes zu aktivieren.
o AC POWER IN (Netzkabel)
Verbinden Sie das
Steckdose Oder mit einer geeignetenSpan-
nungsquelle. Achten Sie darauf, daß die
Wechselspannung u nd die Frequenzmit der
Angabe des Aufklebers am RX-8 bzw. des
Aufdrucks auf dem
übereinstimmt.
