KEY FUNCTIONS

A. SAFETY KEY:
The monitor and the treadmill can be operated only
with the key attached on the SAFETY KEY ON
button and both of the monitor and the treadmill stop
as soon as the key is removed.
B. MAJOR FUNCTION KEYS:
Increases the INCLINE level.
1.INCLINE +:
Pressing once increases 1 % and to speed up
the decrement by pressing and holding it for
2 seconds. During the setting mode, press this
button to increase the setting value.
Decreases the INCLINE level.
2. INCLINE -:
Pressing once increases 1 % and to speed up
the decrement by pressing and holding it for
2 seconds. During the setting mode, press this
button to decrease the setting value.
Starts or stops the program.

increases 0.2KPH (0.1 MPH) and to speed up
the increment by pressing and holding it for 2
seconds.
Decreases the speed level in the range
7. SPEED -:
from 0.8 to 16.0 KPH (0.5 to 10.0 MPH)
shown in the SPEED Display. Pressing once
decreases 0.2 KPH (0.1 MPH) and to speed up
the decrement by pressing and holding it for 2
seconds.
Used to quickly enter values during
8. 0-9 KEY PAD:
setup. Also used to enter a quick speed value
during a workout. To enter a speed value with
the key pad, press the desired speed value
followed by ENTER. Valid speeds are between
0.5 to 10.00 MPH or 0.8 to 16.00 KPH.
CHANGING FROM METRIC TO ENGLISH OR ENGLISH TO
METRIC VALUES:
While the treadmill is stopped, press the MODE/
ENTER keys and hold for 2 seconds. The LED will
automatically change from Metric to English or
English to Metric.

The default values are PROGRAM = Manual (M),
TIME = 00:00 (counting up), SPEED = 0,8 KMH
/ 0,5 MPH, DISTANCE = 0.00 (counting up),
CALORIES = 0 (counting up), INCLINE = 0.
The PULSE indicator is on and
A. 2 LED INDICATORS:
the PULSE/INCLINE display shows PULSE. The
INCLINE indicator is on and the PULSE/INCLINE
display shows INCLINE level.
11 LED PROGRAM INDICATORS:
of Manual, P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, P7, P8, U1 and
U2.

B. PROGRAM DISPLAY:

Shows the exercising time with
C. TIME DISPLAY:
counting up or down. While the treadmill is not
running and the SAFETY KEY is on, it can be
chosen by pressing ENTER/RESET then adjusted
by pressing SPEED + or SPEED -. The range of
counting up is from 00:00 to 99:59 and 10:00 to
99:00 with counting down. While counting down
to 00:00, the monitor will beep 12 times then the
treadmill will stop.
Shows the speed that the treadmill
D. SPEED DISPLAY:
is providing. It can be adjusted by pressing SPEED
+ and SPEED - keys from 0.5 to 10MPH or 0.8 to
16 KPH.
Shows the distance with
E. DISTANCE DISPLAY:
counting up or down. The range of counting up is
from 0.00 to 999MPH/KPH and 999 to 0 MPH/
KPH with counting down. While counting down
to 0, the monitor will beep, then the treadmill will
stop.
Shows the calories with
F. CALORIES DISPLAY:
counting up or down. The range of counting up
is from 0 to 999 Kcal and 999 to 0 Kcal with
counting down. While counting down to 0, the
monitor will beep, then the treadmill will stop.
The default value shown
G. PULSE /INCLINE DISPLAY:
is the pulse rate and the PULSE indicator is on.
It switches to the value of INCLINE % while
adjusting and the INCLINE indicator is on.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

A. SAFETY TIPS:
To start, turn on the power and attach the Safety Key
to the monitor. Notice that the machine does not
work and off the LED display without the Safety Key
