1. Strictly observe the minimum distance between hood and hob.
2. Clean the surrounding of the installation area before you install the appliance so
the appliance will not extract any dust or construction waste.
3. The exhaust hose must not run in the same air duct in company with gas tubes,
hot air tubes et cetera.
4. Lead away the exhaust hose from the hood as even as possible.
5. The proper maximum bending outwards is 120
6. Check with a level if the appliance is horizontally positioned while installing and
after having installed it.
Use carbon filters in recirculating mode only.
7. The ceiling must take a weight of at least 120 kg. The ceiling gauge must be at
least 30 mm.
8. Drill a hole with a diameter of 170 mm through the ceiling.
9. Drill 12 holes which have to met the dimension of the suspension device into the
ceiling ( fig. 1 ).
10. Fix the suspension device with 12 big flathead screws type ST6*40 mm onto the
ceiling. Take 8 dowel screws when fixing onto a concrete ceiling.
11. Connect the suspension device with 8 screws type M4*10 to the angle irons ( fig.
2 ).
12. Calculate the needed length of the angle irons. Fix the angle irons with 16 big
flathead screws type M4*10 and M4 nuts with seal. An overlapping length of at
least 100 mm is required.
