Inputs MIC INPUT (20) and CH1 MIC (22)
You can connect your microphone to these inputs. A microphone with 6.3-mm jack
bushings can be connected to the input CH1 MIC (22).
A microphone with 6.3-mm jack bushings or a XLR plug can be connected to the
input MIC INPUT (20).
Connecting the outputs
"MASTER" output (30)
Connect the MASTER output to a free cinch input of your amplifier (e.g. AUX). The
"MASTER" output is in stereo format.
The white cinch output jack of the mixer is connected to the left amplifier input.
The red output jack of the mixer is connected to the right amplifier input.
Output "REC" (29)
If you wish to record the output signal of the mixer with a cassette deck, connect the
recording input of the cassette deck to the jacks "RECORD" (29) of the mixer.
The white output jack of the mixer is connected to the left recording input.
The red output jack of the mixer is connected to the right recording input.
BOOTH output (28)
The BOOTH output can be used for the connection of a second amplifier or an active
monitor box.
Connect the stereo cinch output BOOTH (28) to a free cinch input of your amplifier
(e.g. AUX) or your monitor box.
The white output jack of the mixer is connected to the left amplifier or monitor box
input.
The red output jack of the mixer is connected to the right amplifier or monitor box
input.
Headphone jack "HEADPHONES" (7)
Connect headphones with a 6.3-mm jack bushing to the headphone jack. The head-
phones should have an impedance of 600 Ohm as, otherwise, mismatches can
occur.
Connecting the record player earth
If your record player has its own earth (usually a thin, black cable with clamp-type
socket), connect this to the earth terminals. This helps to avoid buzzing interference.
Connecting the voltage supply
The mixer and all connected devices have to be switched off.
Insert the plug-in power unit into a (230V~/50Hz) mains socket (230V~/50Hz).

(24) CH2 PHONO input
A record player can be connected to this unsymmetrical stereo cinch input. The CH2
is pending at the FADER channel CH2.
The jacks PHONO are intended exclusively for record-players with magnet systems
and possess a corresponding equaliser pre-amplifier.
(25) LINE CH2 input
A CD player, tuner, MP3 player or another playback device with cinch level can be
connected to this unsymmetrical stereo cinch input. The CH2 is pending at the FAD-
ER channel CH2.
This input is not suitable for the connection of a record player.
(26) CH2 PHONO input
A record player can be connected to this unsymmetrical stereo cinch input. The CH3
PHONO is pending at the FADER channel CH3. The jacks PHONO are intended
exclusively for record-players with magnet systems and possess a corresponding
equaliser pre-amplifier.
(27) CH3 LINE input
A CD player, tuner, MP3 player or another playback device with cinch level can be
connected to this unsymmetrical stereo cinch input. The CH3 LINE is pending at the
FADER channel CH3.
This input is not suitable for the connection of a record player.
(28) BOOTH output
The mixed audio output signal of the mixer (in the same way as the MASTER signal)
is pending at this unsymmetrical stereo cinch output. The output level is, however,
not influenced by the MASTER control but by the BOOTH control (3). The BOOTH
output can be used as an additional output separated from the MASTER. To the out-
puts you can, for example, connect active monitor boxes for your DJ cabin or build
up a second amplifier circuit.
(29) Output REC
The mixed audio output signal of the mixer (in the same way as the MASTER signal)
is pending at this unsymmetrical stereo cinch output REC. The REC signal is not
influenced through the control "MASTER" however.
Recording devices such as, for example, cassette decks, tape recorders or CD
recorders can be connected to these jacks and the mixer signal recorded.
The output level of the REC jacks is influenced by the individual channel faders and
the control "GAIN".
