7 Profibus configuration

The controller of the SAM-1000_DP consists of an SIMATIC controller with the CPU 314C-2PN/DP. The
Profibus interface ist configured as a slave.
There has to be set the bus address before the gas connection module SAM-1000_DP is
connected with the Profibus. This could be done at the touch panel on the parameter
screen. Otherwise there can be a double addressing on the Profibus.
There have to be used the GSD-File „SIEM8198.GSx" for configuration in DP master. The following
modules have to be set up with the GSD-File. The order and size of the modules must be kept for a
correct function.
