Elektrische Installation
Der Anschluss des Wechselrichters an das
öffentliche Stromnetz muss unbedingt von
einem zugelassenen Fachbetrieb ausgeführt
werden.
Achtung! Auch bei geringer Einstrahlung
!
entsteht bereits hohe Gleichspannung.
Niemals blanke + und – Leitungen im Be-
trieb berühren.
Erdung
Eine fachgerechte Erdung der Modulrahmen
liegt in der Verantwortung des installieren-
den Unternehmens und ist am Modulrahmen
anzubringen. Ist auf dem Gebäude bereits ein
äußeres Blitzschutzsystem vorhanden oder
vorgesehen, muss die PV-Anlage in das Schutz-
konzept gegen direkten Blitzeinschlag inte-
griert werden. Bei Einsatz von trafolosen Wech-
selrichtern sollte aus Personenschutzgründen
eine Erdung erfolgen. Die Erdung ist am Mo-
dulrahmen gekennzeichnet. Für die Erdung ist
eine Schraube M4 vorgeschrieben. Die Befes-
tigung muss mit Federring oder Zahnscheibe
erfolgen, damit sicher gestellt ist, dass das
Eloxal durchdrungen wird. Landesspezifische
Normen sind dabei einzuhalten.
Brandschutz
Die Errichtungen von Aufdachanlagen können
die Brandsicherheit eines Gebäudes beein-
flussen; unsachgemäße Installationen kön-
nen zu einer Gefährdung im Brandfall führen.
Im Falle von Aufdachanwendung müssen die
Heckert Solar Module oberhalb eines feuerbe-
ständigen Untergrundes angebracht werden.
Das Modul ist ein „nicht explosionsgeschütz-
tes Betriebsmittel". Daher darf es nicht in der
Nähe von leicht entzündlichen Gasen und
Dämpfen (z. B. Tankstellen, Gasbehälter, Farb-
spritzanlagen) installiert werden. Das Modul
darf nicht neben offenen Flammen und ent-
flammbaren Materialien installiert werden.

Earthing
Proper earthing of the module frames is the re-
sponsibility of the installing company (Ill. 6). If
an external lightning protection system is al-
ready provided on or planned for the building,
the photovoltaic system must be integrated in
the protection concept against direct lighting
strikes. When using transformerless inverters,
earthing should be carried out for personal
safety reasons. The earthing point is marked
on the module frame. For earthing a M4 screw
is prescribed. A lock washer or toothed lock
washer is to be used for fastening to ensure that
the anodized aluminium layer is penetrated.
National standards need to be complied with.

Fire protection
The devices of on-roof systems can affect the
fire safety of a building. Improper installations
can result in a hazard in case of fire. In the case of
on-roof applications, the Heckert Solar modu-
les must be mounted above a fire-resistant sur-
face. The module is „non-explosion-protected
equipment". Therefore, it may not be installed
near highly flammable gases and vapours (e.g.
filling stations, gas tanks or paint spraying sys-

recte des cadres de modules incombe à l'en-
treprise réalisant l'installation (Ill. 6). Si un sys-
tème de parafoudre extérieur existe déjà sur
le bâtiment ou y est prévu, l'installation pho-
tovoltaïque doit être intégrée au concept de
protection contre les coups de foudre directs.
En cas d'usage d'onduleurs sans transforma-
teurs, il est recommandé d'effectuer une mise
à la terre pour des raisons de protection des
personnes. La mise à la terre est marquée sur
le cadre de module. Pour la mise à la terre est
prescrite une vis M4. Une vis M4 est prescrite
pour la terre. La fixation doit être effectuée
au moyen d'une rondelle élastique ou dentée
pour garantir que l'Eloxal est bien pénétré. A
cet effet, observer les normes nationales.
Protection contre l'incendie
L'implantation des installations montées sur
toit peut influencer la sécurité contre l'incen-
die du bâtiment concerné; les installations
non conformes peuvent conduire aux risques
en cas d'incendie. Pour les applications sur
toit, les modules Heckert Solar doivent être
fixés au-dessus d'un fond ininflammable. Le
module est un « équipement non protégé
contre les explosions ». Pour cette raison, il
