6. Troubleshooting

Error
The cutting rollers do
not turn on briefly even
though you slide the
operating switch (1) to
„On /Auto".
The "Overload" LED (4)
is red.
Premium X12CD
Possible cause
The On/Off switch on
the back is set to "0".
The connection cable is
not connected correctly.
No mains power
Device is faulty.
Too much paper has
been inserted or it has
been drawn in croo-
kedly.
Solution
Switch the on/off switch
to position 1.
Ensure that the mains
plug is plugged into the
socket.
Check your fuse box.
Inform our customer
service department.
Switch the device off
and let it cool off for at
least 25 minutes. Then
carry out the steps un-
der 4.2.4. "Reverse run
mode".
