17.2 Clogged nozzles
Problem:

When printing on cardboard or white paper, the printer nozzle and the cartrige can
become clogged and result in reduced printing quality or no printing at all.
Solution:

1. Wipe the printer nozzle with a non-linting cotton swab soaked in alcohol.
2. Remove the cartridge and wipe the nozzles with a non-linting cotton swab soaked
in alcohol
3. Print again.
4. If the problem persists, open the menu "Nozzle".
5. Under "Nozzle Select", swap the activated nozzle from one to the other.
6. Print again.
7. If the problem persists, contact a specialist.
17.3 Blurred prints
Problem:

Printed labels are blurred or faded.
Solution:

1. Wipe the printer nozzle with a non-linting cotton swab soaked in alcohol.
2. If the problem persists, open the menu "Nozzle".
3. Under "Nozzle Select", swap the activated nozzle from one to the other.
4. Print again.
5. If the problem persists, contact a specialist.

17.4 Horizontal lines
Problem:

Horizontal lines appear across the printed label.
Solution:

1. Switch the printer off.
2. Remove the ink cartridge.
3. Dip a lint-free cloth in alcohol.
4. Use the cloth to clean the print head.
5. Install the ink cartridges and print a test label.
6. Check if the horizontal lines persist.
7. If the lines appear with the left printhead but not the right, the problem is caused by
the ink cartridge. Replace the ink cartridge.
8. If the lines occur with both print heads, the printer might be damagaged.
