Never short-circuit the contacts of the rechargeable battery. Do not throw the bat-
tery or the product into fire. There is a danger of fire and explosion!
Charge the rechargeable battery regularly, even if you do are not using the product.
Due to the rechargeable battery technology being used, you do not need to dis-
charge the rechargeable battery first.
When charging, place the product on a surface that is not heat-sensitive. It is nor-
mal that a certain amount of heat is generated during charging.
8.7 Surfaces
Do not print on hot surfaces.
8.8 Personal safety
Do not use the product on people.
Do not print on skin.
Keep the nozzle at a safe distance from eyes (at least 1 m).
If ink gets into contact with eyes, rinse the eyes under running clean water for at
least 15 minutes and then seek medical help.
If ink gets into contact with skin, wash the ink off with soap and then rinse the af-
fected area for at least 15 minutes.
Do not attempt to light ink. Keep sources of fire at least 3 m away from nozzles
and ink cartriges.
Do not light cigarettes or similar products or smoke when using the product.
Keep the space in which you use the product well-ventilated.
8.9 Medical devices
The product can emit magnetic fields. Magnetic fields might affect the function of
pacemakers or other medical devices! Do not use this product in the vicinity of
such devices.
