Information when contacting service
You are welcome to contact our after-sale service department if there are any
questions about our products that you cannot resolve yourself or if the product
needs repair.
Often problems can be remedied by using the section on "Troubleshooting and
Solutions." Contact our service department if this is not the case. Here we make
sure to find the best solution and try to avoid unnecessary service visits.
Due to safety reasons, only trained specialist personnel may carry out repairs on the product. The right
to complain about the product expires if repairs or changes are made by persons to whom we have
not given authorization or if non-original spare parts are used.
We offer the purchase of original spare parts in accordance with the relevant regulation on
environmentally friendly design. See the appendix for the minimum period during which spare parts
are available to repair the product.
Information about the complaint period and conditions can be found on our website, at our service
department or your dealer.
We recommend that you have the product's model number and serial number ready if you contact our
after-sales service department.
Both parts can be found on the product's type plate, which is inside the product or on the back of the
product. On some products it may be necessary to remove the vegetable drawer, shelves or similar
equipment.
