Troubleshooting display coolers
This will help you solve some of the most common problems yourself.
If you cannot solve the problems yourself, call for help from professional technicians.
If the device shows operational problems, you must check the following before contacting service or
an authorized service company:
The device is not working:

Broken electrical contact
•
Poorly power connection
•
Thermostat setting on/off:
•
Check electrical connections
•
Check the power connection and the socket
•
Change the thermostat setting to a higher level
Does not reach the desired temperature:
•
The device is exposed to direct sunlight
•
The thermostat is not adjusted correctly
•
Blocked capacitor or grates
•
The door is not closed properly
•
The goods are poorly distributed or there are excessive product load
•
The device is placed in a room that is too cold
For models with electronic controller:
•
Move the product to a colder location
•
Adjust the thermostat setting to a higher level
•
Clean the grates of any dirt
•
Check the product's levelling and the door's sealing in the door gasket
•
Redistribute the product load
•
Unplug the device from the socket. If the error persists, contact an authorized service centre.
Water on the floor:
•
The device is not mounted in level
•
Friction with other objects
•
The drain hose does not hit the drain tray
•
Check that the product is in level on the surface by following the installation instructions
•
Move the device and avoid contact with other objects
•
Move the drain hose so that it hits the drain tray
Sounds of the product:
•
The device is not in mounted level
•
Friction with other objects / Move the device and avoid contact with other objects
•
Level the product following the installation instructions
•
Move the drain hose so that it hits the drain tray.
