• Assembly all of the components as shown in the figure F2.
• Before using for the first time, operate the appliance for 10 minutes without any food.
This in order to remove the "new" scent. A small amount of smoke may also be noticeable.
Ventilate the room during this period.
During this first use of the appliance a light smoke emission accompanied by a particular
smell could occur. This is a normal phenomenon which will disappear automatically.
Prepare an appropriate ventilation.
• Place the appliance on an horizontal and stable plane whose
surface is not susceptible to high temperatures.
Make sure that all of the feet (3) are supported by the plane.
• Unroll the power cord completely (9).
• Connect the power plug making sure that the mains power
corresponds to the one indicated on the appliance data plate.
• Turn the knob (5) on "MIN".
• Remove the support (7) and insert cheese. Place the support
back under the heating element.
• Turn the knob (5) to turn on the appliance.
It's possible to move the support (7) to adjust melting temperature. You'll be able to adjust
temperature through the knob (5).
Cooking time depends on the user's preferences.
It's possible to place the food to be grilled (max. 500 g) on the plate (4) while the appliance
is in use.
• Remove cheese once it has melted.
The surfaces are subject to heating during
use.
At the end of the appliance use:
• Turn the thermostat on "MIN".
• Electrically disconnect the appliance.
• Wait for all of the components to completely cool down.
Never leave the appliance uselessly
inserted.
