1. If you want to mend or maintain, please close the two-end taps
and let the pump cool down. Then you can maintain, avoiding
scalding or the steam or hot liquid, which come out from the
inside pressure system.
2. Cut off the power supply.
3. Only expert staff can install or perform maintenance.
4. If the above measures are not working, pls contact your local dealer
or directly contact our factory.
① Before using, please exhaust first.
② If the pump continues working one week for hot water circulation, please
exhaust it one time per week.
Exhaustion methods:
At first, cut off the power and close the outer
tap, then slowly twist the exhausting screw,
and use the screwdriver to turn the pump
shaft 15-30 seconds later. There will be
some liquid coming out. After exhaustion,
please tighten the screw on time.
Note: To avoid being scalded by
steam or hot water during exhausting, please don't face the vent directly.
Shield-type pipeline pump is suitable for floor heating systems, like as
Automatic pressured and circulated for water separator, water collector,
boiler, and hanging boiler; matching for water-cooled air-conditioning and
center air conditioning system; water supply for the washing machine when
lower pressure; increase the flux and pressure for the tap water, supply
and circulate liquid for industrial equipment. Part of the pump body is made
of copper or stainless steel materials, which more sanitary household
water.
