1. Wrap fresh food you want to freeze in aluminium foil, cling film, air and water
tight plastic bags, polyethylene containers or other suitable plastic containers
with a lid.
2. Leave some free space between the single pieces of frozen food as proper air
circulation is required.
3. Set the thermostat to a colder position by half a point when freezing fresh food.
