11. Do not insert any objects into the openings of the device.
12. Be aware of protruding adjustment and structural elements that may interfere with your workout.

stop training immediately. Do not resume exercise until the problem has been rectified.

MAINTENANCE
Do not use aggressive chemicals for cleaning.
Use a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt.
Regularly remove traces of perspiration — its acidic reaction can damage the surface.
Store the device in a dry place to prevent moisture and corrosion.
SADDLE HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
1.
Loosen the screw securing the saddle bracket.
2.
Move the bracket to adjust the height to suit the user.
3.
Tighten the bolt to prevent the position from changing.
4.
Never extend the bracket beyond the minimum or maximum markings.
RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENT
The resistance is adjusted using the knob located under the handlebar.
To decrease resistance, turn the knob towards the "−" mark.
To increase resistance, turn the knob towards the "+" sign.
BRAKING
To stop the device, simply stop pedalling. The bike does not have a locking system or safety brake.
Assembly instructions
1. Assembly of the front stabiliser
Attach the front stabiliser (5) to the main frame (4) using two screws (49) and washers (50) and (55).
2. Rear stabiliser assembly
Attach the rear stabiliser (1) to the main frame (4) using two sets of screws (49) and washers (50) and (55).
3. Steering column assembly
Connect the computer cable 17 to 18
Pull the end of the resistance adjuster cable (41) through the resistance adjustment hook, as shown in illustration A.
Then, thread the cable (41) through the hole in the metal bracket of the resistance adjustment cable (38), as shown in Figure B.
Connect the resistance cable (41) to the resistance adjustment cable (38) as shown in Figure C.
Place the steering column (7) in the main frame (4) and secure it with four screws (42) and washers (34) and (50).

4. Handlebar and computer assembly
a. Handlebar assembly
Insert the pulse cables (19) into the hole in the handlebar bracket (7).
Place the steering wheel together with the plastic cover (69) on top of the steering column (7).
Pull the pulse cables (19) through the hole in the steering column (7).
Adjust the steering wheel and secure it with the knob (71).
b. Computer installation
Connect the computer cables (18) and pulse cables (19) to the computer. Tuck any excess cable into the steering column (7).
Secure the computer (11) to the handlebar stem (7) with the screw (74).
Note: The handlebar latch (8) should fit snugly against the bracket (7).
