This product is intended for domestic use only and has been designed to ensure maximum safety. Please observe the following rules:
1.
Before starting training, consult your doctor to rule out any contraindications to using the equipment. Consultation is
particularly important in the case of:
•
people over 35 years of age,
•
people with health problems,
•
people taking medication that affects heart function, blood pressure or cholesterol levels.
2.
Always warm up before starting exercise.
3.
Pay attention to warning signs. Excessive or improper training can be dangerous. If you experience pain, dizziness, chest pain,
irregular heartbeat or other worrying symptoms, stop exercising immediately and consult your doctor.
4.
Keep the equipment out of reach of children and animals, both during and after exercise.
5.
Place the device on a dry, stable and level surface. Remove sharp objects from the surrounding area. It is recommended to use a
non-slip mat to prevent the equipment from moving during training.
6.
Keep the area around the device clear:
•
a minimum of 0.6 m in each direction where the equipment is accessible,
•
additional space for emergency descent,
•
if several devices are placed next to each other, the space may be shared.
7.
Before first use and regularly, check that all screws, bolts and connections are secure.
8.
Before each workout, ensure that all parts are properly secured. Only begin exercising on a fully functional device.
9.
Regularly check the technical condition of the equipment.
10. If any parts are worn or damaged, do not use the equipment until they have been repaired or replaced.
