Bei Ventilatoren mit 6­pol Klemmbrett bei dem der
TK in Reihe geschaltet ist, muss das Klemmbrett
nach SS­825 umverdrahtet werden.
INBETRIEBNAHME
Überprüfen, ob der Schalter am Trafo­Steuergerät in
Position „0" steht. Die Versorgungsspannung über­
prüfen (Nenn spannung, Toleranz +6%, ­10%). Zuerst
die Versorgungsspannung (Netz) einschalten und
dann das Steuergerät. Die grüne Lampe außen am
Gerät muss leuchten. Die Spannung in jeder Schal­
terposition überprüfen (lt. technischen Daten). Im
Fehlerfalle, die Sicherung im Gerät überprüfen.
WARTUNG
Das Trafo­Steuergerät benötigt keine besondere
Wartung. Zur Reinigung kann ein feuchtes Tuch ver­
wendet werden. Es darf auf keinen Fall mit einem
Schlauch abgespritzt werden.
ZUBEHÖR, SCHALT- UND STEUERELEMENTE
Der Gebrauch von Zubehörteilen, die nicht von Helios
empfohlen oder angeboten werden, ist nicht statt­
haft. Even tuell auftretende Schäden unterliegen nicht
der Gewährleistung.
GARANTIEANSPRÜCHE – HAFTUNGS AUS-
SCHLUSS
Alle Ausführungen der zum Gerät gehörenden Doku­
mentationen müssen beachtet werden, sonst entfällt
die Gewährleistung. Gleiches gilt für Haftungsan­
sprüche an den Hersteller. Der Gebrauch von Zu­
behörteilen, die nicht von Helios empfohlen oder
angeboten werden, ist nicht zulässig. Even tuell auf­
tretende Schäden unterliegen nicht der Gewährleis­
tung. Veränderungen und Umbauten am Gerät sind
nicht zulässig und führen zum Verlust der Konformi­
tät. Jegliche Gewährleistung und Haftung ist in die­
sem Fall ausgeschlossen. Wenn die vorausgehenden
Ausfüh run gen nicht beachtet werden, entfällt unsere
Gewährleistung und Behandlung auf Ku lanz. Glei­
ches gilt für abgeleitete Haf tungs ansprüche an den
Hersteller.
VORSCHRIFTEN – RICHTLINIEN
Bei ordnungsgemäßer Installation und bestimmungs­
gemäßem Betrieb entspricht das Gerät den zum Zeit­
punkt seiner Her stellung gültigen Vorschriften und
Richt linien CE.
STILLLEGEN UND ENTSORGEN

Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen Schlag!
Bei der Demontage werden spannungsführen-
de Teile freigelegt, die bei Berührung zu einem
elektrischen Schlag führen. Vor der Demontage
Gerät allpolig vom Netz trennen und gegen
Wiedereinschalten sichern!
Bauteile und Komponenten des Geräts, die ihre
Lebensdauer erreicht haben, z.B. durch Verschleiß,
Korrosion, mechanische Belastung, Ermüdung und
/ oder durch andere, nicht unmittelbar erkennba­
re Einwirkungen, sind nach erfolgter Demontage
entsprechend den nationalen und internationa­
len Gesetzen und Vorschriften fach­ und sach­
gerecht zu entsorgen. Das Gleiche gilt auch für im
Einsatz befindliche Hilfsstoffe wie Öle und Fette oder
sonstige Stoffe. Die bewusste oder unbewusste
Weiterverwendung verbrauchter Bauteile wie z.B.
Laufräder, Wälzlager, Motoren, etc. kann zu einer
Gefährdung von Personen, der Umwelt sowie von
Maschinen und Anlagen führen. Die entsprechenden,
vor Ort geltenden Betreibervorschriften sind zu be­
achten und anzuwenden.
For fans with a 6­pole terminal board where the TK
is connected in series, the terminal board must be
rewired in accordance to circuit diagram SS­825.
OPERATION
Check if the switch of the controller is in „0" position.
Check the mains supply voltage (nominal voltage,
tolerance +6%, ­10%). Switch on the mains power
supply first, and then the controller. The green light
on the outside of the enclosure will be on. Check the
voltage given in every switch position (see technical
data). In case of failure, check the fuse inside of the
enclosure.
MAINTENANCE
The controller needs no specific maintenance. The
housing may be cleaned using a moist cloth. It must
not be hosed down.
ACCESSORIES, SWITCHES AND
CON TROLLING DEVICES
The use of accessories not offered or recommended
by Helios is not permitted. Any potential damage
claims become invalid.
WARRANTY – EXCLUSION OF
LIABILITY
All versions of this documentation must be obser­
ved, otherwise the warranty shall cease to apply. The
same applies to liability claims against the manufactu­
rer. The use of accessory parts which are not recom­
mended or offered by Helios is not permitted. Any
possible damages are not covered by the warranty.
Changes and modifications to the product are not
permitted and lead to a loss of conformity, and any
warranty and liability shall be excluded in this case.
If the preceding instructions are not observed all
warranty claims are excluded. The Helios warranty is
limited to the material and workmanship of the product.
CERTIFICATES
The products are manufactured in compliance with
applicable European standards and regulations.
STANDSTILL AND DISPOSAL

Danger to life due to electric shock!
When dismantling, live parts can be exposed,
which can result in electric shock if touched.
Before dismantling, isolate the unit from the
mains power supply and protect against being
switching on again!
Parts and components of the unit, whose service life
has expired, e.g. due to wear and tear, corrosion,
mechanical load, fatigue and/or other effects that
cannot be directly discerned, must be disposed of
expertly and properly after disassembly in accordan­
ce with the national and international laws and regu­
lations. The same also applies to auxiliary materials in
use. Such as oils and greases or other substances.
The intended and unintended further use of worn
parts, e.g. impellers, rolling bearings, filters, etc. can
result in danger to persons, the environment as well
as machines and systems. The corresponding ope­
rator guidelines applicable on­site must be observed
and used.

Pour les ventilateurs équipés d'un bornier à 6 pôles
dans lequel le TK est connecté en série, le bornier
doit être recâblé conformément au schéma électri­
que SS­825.
MISE EN MARCHE
Vérifier si le commutateur est en position „0". Vérifier
la tension d'alimentation (tension nominale, tolérance
+6%, ­10%). Enclencher d'abord l'interrupteur gé­
né ral et ensuite le régulateur. La lampe verte sur le
boîtier de commande doit alors s'allumer. Vérifier la
tension pour chaque position du commutateur (con­
formément aux données techniques).
En cas de défaut, vérifier le fusible à l'intérieur du
boîtier.
ENTRETIEN
Le régulateur à transformateur ne nécessite aucun
entretien particulier. Pour nettoyer le boîtier, utiliser
un chiffon humide. En aucun cas le régulateur ne doit
être nettoyé au jet d'eau.
ACCESSOIRES, APPAREILS
DETEMPORISATION ET DE REGULATION
L'utilisation d'accessoires et d'équipements qui ne
sont pas directement fournis ou conseillés par Helios
n´est pas autorisée. Nous déclinons toute responsabi­
lité en cas de défaut consécutif à leur utilisation.
DEMANDE DE GARANTIE- RESERVES DU
CONSTRUCTEUR
Si toutes les consignes indiquées dans cette notice
ne sont pas correctement respectées, la garantie
s'annule. Idem pour les garanties constructeur He­
lios. L'utilisation d'accessoires, non fournis, non con­
seillés ou non proposés par Helios, est interdite. Tous
changements ou transformations effectués sur l'ap­
pareil sont interdits, altèrent sa conformité et annulent
la garantie.
En cas de non­respect des indications précédentes,
toute demande de remplacement ou de réparation
à titre gratuit sera déclinée. Il en sera de même pour
toute implication de responsabilité du fabricant.
REGLEMENTATIONS - NORMES
Cet appareil est conforme aux directives CE en vigu­
eur le jour de sa fabrication sous réserve d'une utili­
sation appropriée.
DÉMONTAGE ET RECYCLAGE

Risque de mort par électrocution !
Lors du démontage, les parties sous tension
peuvent déclencher un choc électrique. Avant
le démontage, mettre l'appareil hors tension et
éviter tout redémarrage intempestif !
Les pièces, composants et matériel démonté arrivés
en fin de vie (usure, corrosion, dégradation, etc.),
sans conséquences nuisibles immédiates, sont à re­
cycler selon les normes et règlementations nationales
et internationales. Idem pour les produits consom­
mables (huile, graisse, etc.).
La réutilisation consciente ou inconsciente de maté­
riel usé (hélices, turbines, courroies, etc.) peut repré­
senter un danger pour les personnes et pour l'en­
vironnement, tout comme pour les machines et les
installations. Il est important de connaître et respecter
les normes locales.
