5. Troubleshooting

MALFUNCTION
Device does not
operate
Fan is running, device
does not heat at full
capacity / fan runs
slower.
Device heats, fan does
not run
If the device is powered through the power cord, then work on the electrical system
must only be performed by electrical professional/electrician or a person
electrically trained according to VBG 4.
Please have repairs of the electrical devices only performed by HEYLO service partners.
Device decommissioning and disposal
The device is designed for long-lasting operation.
Any possible disposal must comply with the current relevant legal provisions and be
environmentally friendly.

CAUSE
14. Main switch turned off
15. Fuse of the indoor electric
installation triggered
16. Plug unplugged from main
switch panel or extension cord.
17. Feed cable defective.
18. Power is switched off
19. Safety temperature limiter
(STL) interlocked.
20. Room thermostat connection is
not bridged,
21. Controller fuse defective.
22. Residual current circuit breaker
has triggered.
23. One or two phases without
current.
24. Air contactor defective.
25. Heating coil defective.
26. Fan defective.
REMEDY
Check until what location power
is available. Correct defect.
Wait until power is back on.
Device did overheat. Correct
source of malfunction and
release STL.
Connect cap for room
thermostat connection or room
thermostat.
Replace fuse (6.3. A time delay)
Clean heating coil (possible with
pressured air), otherwise send
to repair.
Check feed cables, correct
defect or possible replace one
or two fuses on site.
