To access these components, open the stove door and remove the logs.

Water quality

• Normal clean tap water should be used.
• In areas with hard water, filtered water is recommended. This prevents the build up of
lime scale deposits and along with regular maintenance helps to prolongs the life of the
product. More frequent cleaning and maintenance may be required.
• Unfiltered water supplied from a well or any other unmonitored supply is not
recommended.
• Do not drink the water from the water reservoir or water tank.
Refilling the water bottle
• The water bottle will need to be refilled every 9 to 12 hours of
operation, depending on flame setting.
• Remove the water tank lid by turning it anti-clockwise, and fill it
with clean water.
• When screwing the water tank lid back on, be careful to not over
tighten the lid.
