Common malfunctions

The machine does not
work/stops working
The machine does not weld
Common faults and solutions
Approach
Check the power switch; the machine has
automatic protection, and the standby can
continue after cooling down
Check if the copper head of the machine is
oxidized or oily; if so, sand it with sandpaper.
Check if the welding surface is clean; if not,
sand the welding surface with sandpaper.
Check if the sheet metal exceeds 1.2mm. If it is
larger than 1.2mm, the machine may not weld
or the welding effect will be weak.
