STARTING.-
To switch the monitor on first plug the
adapter, supplied with the machine,
into the mains socket (220 V – 240 V)
and the jack on the adapter into the
socket at the bottom of the machine.
(Fig. 2)
The monitor will switch itself off
automatically if the unit stands idle for
more than 6 minutes.

To give you greater control over the
exercise, this electronic unit provides
simultaneous:
- Distance 0-99999
- Exercise time 0-99´
- Strokes 0-9999
- Total strokes 0-99999

- Speed 0-999rpm
- Resistance 1-16

MANUAL FUNCTION

Use the UP▲/DOWN▼ keys to select
the
manual
function
ENTER. Press the START/STOP key
to start exercising and use the
UP▲/DOWN▼ keys to increase or
decrease the exertion level. If you
press the START/STOP key while at
the start screen, exercise will begin
directly in manual mode.
- Programming a time limit.
- Programming a distance limit.
- Programming a calorie limit.
- Programming age limit.

Once
a

PROGRAM FUNCTION P02-12.-
Press the UP▲/DOWN▼ keys to select
the desired program.
Once the program has been selected,
you will have to fill in the following fields.
- Time.
- Distance.
- Calories.
- Age.
BODYFAT P13.-
Press the UP/DOWN buttons to select
the BODYFAT function.
You will need to fill in the following data:
sex – weight – height – age.
Press the START button and after 10
seconds the monitor will display your
BMI (body fat index, approximate
according to the tables at the end of the
manual).
Note: the user must use heart rate
monitors before starting the program
and during exercise.
WATT RATE PROGRAM P14
Press the UP▲/DOWN▼ keys to
select the WATT function and press
ENTER. You will need to fill in the
following data: time – distance – watt
target.
The
resistance
change based on the watts.
Note: Watts are determined based
on resistance – speed. So if you
pedal faster, the resistance will
automatically decrease based on
the watts entered.
