1.- ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
The assistance of a second person
is recommended when assembling
this unit.
1.- FRONT ESTABILIZER. -
Remove the (9) screws, (10)-(11)
washers, and (12) nut. Then, install
the front estabilizer (6) in the frame
and fix it using the screws removed
before. Fig.1
2.- MOUNTING THE SEAT.-
Remove (31) screws of the rail (33).
Then, mount the aluminium guide rail
(32) to the guide rail (33) using (31)
removed screws. Finadly, Install (34)
limiters in the rails using (35) bolts.
3.- REAR ESTABILIZER. -
Remove (25) screws and (36/37) cover.
Then, fix the upper and lower rail cover
(36-37) to the guide rail (33) using (25)
screws. Findaly,
estabilizer (38) using (3)-(11) washers
and (24) screws.
4.- MAIN FRAME.-
Remove (10)-(11) washers and (24)
screws from main frame (27); then
remove (25) screws from the (26)
covers. Mount the guide rail (33) on
the main frame (27) and fix using the
removed screws. Finadly, fix the (26)
covers using the (25) screws.
5.- PEDALS.-
Remove (11)-(23) washers and (22)
screws from the main frame (27). Then,
mount the pedals structure (30) on the
main frame using previus removed
screws.
Findaly, remove (29) screws from the
(30) support and fix the pedals (100) in
the support.

6.- MONITOR.-
Connect the wires (16a) and (15a).
Then, remove (13) screws from the
display (15) and use them to mount
the Ipad Holder (98) and display (15)
in to the support (67).
Finadly, plug the adapter (92).
LEVELLING.-
Once the unit has been placed into its
final position for doing exercise, make
sure that it sits flat on the floor and
that it is level. This can be achieved by
screwing the
blocks (64) up or down, as shown in
Fig.7, I.
The foot pad (51) should be 5-10mm
from the ground, Fig.7, II.
MOVEMENT & STORAGE.-
The unit is equipped with wheels,
Fig.7, to make it easier to move. The
wheels located at the front of your unit
make it easier to move it into a chosen
position, by lifting the rear of the unit
up slightly and pushing it.
Store your unit in a dry place,
preferably not subject to changes in
temperature.
