1. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
FOR ICON MINI VACUUM
1.1. OPERATING CONDITIONS
The maximum surrounding
temperature for normal use
is +40°C, while the average
temperature during a 24-hour
period must not exceed +35
°C. The lowest allowed sur-
rounding temperature while
operating is -5 °C. The normal
temperature range for charg-
ing the battery is between 0 °C
and 40 °C.
Normal room temperature is
most
suitable.
Surrounding
air must be clean, relative hu-
midity must not exceed 50 %
at the maximum temperature
of +40 °C. Higher relative hu-
midity is allowed with lower
surrounding temperature (e.
g. 90 % at +20°C).
1.2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
a) Choose the place for the
device carefully. The sur-
face used for the device
must be dry and of normal
temperature (not hot), and
must not be next to a heat
source (heating surface) or
source of water.
b) Check the USB charging
cable, connectors, adapt-
er (which can be bought
additionally) and plug be-
fore connecting the device
to the adapter and the
adapter to the plug (power
supply). If you observe any
defect, contact our repair
service listed below.
c) Use the device exclusively
for the purposes described
in the instructions for use.
d) If the USB charging cable
is damaged, the manufac-
turer, authorized repair ser-
vice, or similarly qualified
personnel must replace it
to prevent any danger.
e) This device can be used by
children aged from 8 years
and above and persons
with reduced physical, sen-
sory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and
know-ledge if they have
been given supervision or
instruction concerning use
of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the
hazards involved.

Children shall not play with
the device. Cleaning and
user maintenance shall not
be made by children with-
out supervision.
g) The warranty is void in the
following cases:
- An unauthorised or unqual-
ified person attempts to re-
pair the device.
- The device is used for purpos-
es other than intended.
- Safety rules and instructions
for use are not followed.
h) Never use the device in an
explosive atmosphere. Do
not expose the appliance
or
battery
to
temperatures.

Store the device in dry
spaces at room tempera-
ture, far from fire or high
temperature.

at safety extra-low volt-
age corresponding to the
marking on the appliance.
Before connecting, check
that the characteristics of
the electrical power supply
match those indicated on
vacuum pump data plate.
k) Be aware of the risk of ter-
minals of the battery-oper-
ated appliance or battery
being short-circuited by
metal objects.

teries that are non-replace-
able. When the battery is
at end of life, the appliance
shall be properly disposed
of (see chapter 5).
When

the instructions, the device is
not dangerous.

guarantee its use in the fol-
lowing environments if the
staff has not been properly

1.3. MAINTENANCE AND
CLEANING

ble and the device in a dry
and ventilated place.
