CAUTION

Improper handling of the ap-
pliance may result in health
hazards.
■ Do not empty the dust bin
in enclosed spaces. Emp-
ty the dust bin on a bal-
cony, or outdoors directly
into the waste bin.

Emptying the dust bin

The dust bin must be emptied reg-
ularly.
1. Remove the battery (4).

2. Hold the appliance with the dust
bin (6) over a garbage can with
the dust bin base facing the
garbage can.
3. Press the lock button (23) on
the dust bin base.
The base of the dust bin opens
up downwards and the dust
falls into the waste bin.
4. Once the dust bin is empty,
close the base of the dust bin.
You will hear the lock snap into
place.

dust filter

■ Always pull the mains
plug out of the socket be-
fore changing or cleaning
the dust filter.
