Object detection mode / presentation mode

In this mode, the scanner activates decode processing when it detects a barcode in its field of view without
a trigger being pressed. After a period of inactivity, the scanner enters a low power mode in which the LEDs
remain off until the scanner detects motion. This mode is particularly useful for stationary scanners where
barcodes are presented for capture or very high volume scanning.
