Possible Cause
The dirty water tank is not properly installed.
The sealing plugs in the dirty water tank are not installed
properly.
Mop washing tray is not properly installed.
Mop washing tray base gets dirty.
Check if the floating ball gets stuck when there is no
water in the mop washing tray base.
The OMNI Station cannot drain water normally.
The suction port of the mop washing tray is blocked by
foreign objects.
The voice alert persists after all the above solutions are
tried.
The drainage outlet of dirty water box gets blocked and
the draining pole can't work normally.
Solution
Tap down on the dirty water tank to ensure it is properly
installed.
Make sure that the two sealing plugs are properly installed.
Please check and make sure that the mop washing tray is
properly installed.
Ensure that there is no foreign object in the suction port of the
mop washing tray.
Take out the mop washing tray to put the floating ball back in
place.
Put the robot into the station and double tap
persists, please contact our customer service for help.
