Switch on:
• After connecting the cooker to the mains, the display will illuminate and a "beep" will
sound, all lights will illuminate and then the cooker will enter standby mode and the dis-
play will show "----".
• Turn the thumbwheel to activate the menu panel.
Screen:
1. The display will show the running time of the programme and a "beep" will sound. The
cooking point of the default programmes is moderate.
2. When cooking starts, the cooker will beep once. The digital display and the corresponding
indicator will remain lit.
Start/cancel:
• During standby mode, turn the thumbwheel to select the desired programme. The selected
function will flash.
• Press the thumbwheel to select the programme you want to use. You can also wait 5 sec-
onds for it to stop flashing and it will automatically enter the programme.
• If you press the thumbwheel during cooking, the programme will be cancelled and return
to standby mode.
Pressure:
• This button is used to set the cooking level of the food.
• Select a level after pressing the "Pressure" button, you can choose between mild, moder-
ate and strong. The default setting for this function is moderate. The corresponding indica-
tor light will illuminate on the display.
• Soft: Longer or harder cooking, such as tougher cuts of meat that need extra time to ten-
derise, or grains that require firmer cooking
• Moderate: Intermediate cooking, suitable for meats or vegetables that need moderate
cooking time to achieve an ideal texture without being too soft.
• Hard: Softer or gentler cooking, ideal for ingredients such as delicate vegetables or more
tender meats.
