CERTIFICAT DE GARANTIE

Les pompes fabriquées sont garanties contre tout défaut de fabrication et
de matériau pendant 24 mois de fonctionnement à compter de la date de
livraison au premier acheteur.
Pendant cette période de garantie, le fabricant fournira gratuitement toute
pièce qui, après examen par le fabricant ou un revendeur agréé, s'avère
défectueuse en termes de fabrication ou de matériaux.
Les techniciens du fabricant ou ses agents agréés sont les seuls autorisés
à effectuer le démontage (partiel ou total) d'une pompe sous garantie.
Il reste néanmoins exclu de toute responsabilité et obligation pour d'autres
coûts, dommages et pertes directes ou indirectes résultant de l'utilisation ou
de la non-utilisation de la disponibilité, totale ou partielle.
La réparation ou la livraison de pièces détachées ne prolonge ni ne
renouvelle la durée de la période de garantie.
Les frais de démontage et de remontage des pompes ainsi que les
éventuels frais de transport sont exclus de la garantie.
La garantie n'est pas reconnue pour les pièces consommables telles que :
filtres, clapets, et accessoires.
Les obligations du fabricant citées ci-dessus ne s'appliquent pas si :
- Les pompes ne sont pas utilisées selon les instructions du fabricant
comme dans le manuel d'utilisation et les instructions d'entretien.
- Les pompes sont réparées, démontées, modifiées par des ateliers non
agréés par le constructeur.
- Des pièces détachées non originales ont été utilisées pour la réparation
d'une pompe.
- Les systèmes d'injection sont endommagés par l'utilisation de produits
inadaptés ou incompatibles.
- Les parties électroniques ont été endommagées à cause de problèmes
externes tels que chutes de tension, surtensions, etc...
A l'issue des périodes de garantie mentionnées ci-dessus, la société
fabricant se considérera libérée de toute responsabilité et des obligations
mentionnées ci-dessus.
Cette garantie, valable à compter du 1er janvier 2006, annule et remplace
toute autre garantie, explicite ou implicite, et ne peut être modifiée que par
écrit.

CERTIFICADO DE GARANTÍA
Las bombas fabricadas están garantizadas contra defectos de mano de
obra y materiales durante 24 meses de funcionamiento a partir de la fecha
de entrega al primer comprador.
Durante este período de garantía, el fabricante suministrará sin cargo
cualquier pieza que, tras ser examinada por el fabricante o un distribuidor
autorizado, se encuentre defectuosa en mano de obra o materiales.
Los técnicos del fabricante o sus agentes autorizados son los únicos
autorizados para realizar el desmontaje (parcial o total) de una bomba en
garantía.
Queda en todo caso excluida de cualquier responsabilidad y obligación por
otros costos, daños y perjuicios directos o indirectos que provengan del uso
o no disponibilidad de uso, total o parcial.
La reparación o entrega de repuestos no extiende ni renueva la duración
del período de garantía.
Quedan excluidos de la garantía los gastos de desmontaje y montaje de las
bombas y posibles gastos de transporte.
No se reconoce la garantía para piezas consumibles como: filtros, válvulas
y accesorios.
Las obligaciones del fabricante citadas anteriormente no son válidas si:
- Las bombas no se utilizan según las instrucciones del fabricante como
en el manual de funcionamiento y las instrucciones de mantenimiento.
- Las bombas son reparadas, desmontadas, modificadas por talleres no
autorizados por el fabricante.
- Se utilizaron repuestos no originales para la reparación de una bomba.
- Los sistemas de inyección resultan dañados por el uso de productos
inadecuados o incompatibles.
- Las piezas electrónicas se han dañado por problemas externos como
caídas de tensión, sobretensiones, etc...
Al finalizar los períodos de garantía mencionados anteriormente, la
empresa fabricante se considerará liberada de toda responsabilidad y
obligaciones mencionadas anteriormente.
Esta garantía, válida a partir del 1 de enero de 2006, anula y reemplaza
cualquier otra garantía, explícita o implícita, y sólo podrá modificarse por
escrito.

WARRANTY CERTIFICATE

The Pumps manufactured are warranted to be free from defects in
workmanship and material for 24months of operation starting from the
delivery date to the first purchaser.
During this warranty period, the manufacturer will supply free of charge
any part which, upon examination by the manufacturer or an authorized
dealer, is found to be defective in workmanship or materials.
The manufacturer's technicians or its authorized agents are the only ones
authorized to carry out the dismantling (partial or total) of a pump under
the warranty.
It remains anyway excluded from whatever responsibility and obligation
for other costs, damages and direct or indirect losses that come from the
use or the not use availability, either total or partial.
Repair or delivery of spare parts does not extend or renew the duration of
the warranty period.
The costs of dismantling and reassembling the pumps and any transport
costs are excluded from the guarantee.
The warranty is not recognized for consumable parts such as: filters,
valves, and accessories.
The manufacturer's obligations cited above are not valid if:
- The pumps are not used according to the manufacturer's instructions
as in the operating manual and maintenance instructions.
- The pumps are repaired, disassembled, modified by workshops not
authorized from the manufacturer.
- Non-original spare parts were used for the repair of a pump.
- Injection systems are damaged by the use of unsuitable or
incompatible products.
- The electronic parts have been damaged because of external
problems such as voltage drops, overvoltage, etc...
At the end of the warranty periods mentioned above, the manufacturer
company will consider itself released from all liability and the obligations
mentioned above.
This warranty, valid from January 1st, 2006, nullifies and replaces any
other warranty, explicit or implicit, and may be modified only in writing.
NEDERLANDS
De vervaardigde pompen zijn gegarandeerd vrij van defecten in
vakmanschap en materiaal gedurende 24 maanden gebruik vanaf de
leveringsdatum aan de eerste koper.
Tijdens deze garantieperiode levert de fabrikant gratis elk onderdeel dat,
na onderzoek door de fabrikant of een geautoriseerde dealer, defecten
vertoont qua vakmanschap of materiaal.
De technici van de fabrikant of zijn geautoriseerde agenten zijn de enigen
die bevoegd zijn om de demontage (geheel of gedeeltelijk) van een pomp
onder de garantie uit te voeren.
Het blijft hoe dan ook uitgesloten van welke verantwoordelijkheid en
verplichting dan ook voor andere kosten, schade en directe of indirecte
verliezen die voortvloeien
gebruiksbeschikbaarheid, geheel of gedeeltelijk.
Reparatie of levering van reserveonderdelen verlengt of hernieuwt de
duur van de garantieperiode niet.
De kosten van het demonteren en opnieuw monteren van de pompen en
eventuele transportkosten zijn uitgesloten van garantie.
De garantie wordt niet erkend voor verbruiksartikelen zoals: filters,
kleppen en accessoires.
De hierboven genoemde verplichtingen van de fabrikant zijn niet geldig
als:
- De pompen worden niet gebruikt volgens de instructies van de
fabrikant, zoals
onderhoudsinstructies.
- De pompen worden gerepareerd, gedemonteerd en aangepast door
werkplaatsen die niet door de fabrikant zijn geautoriseerd.
- Bij de reparatie van een pomp zijn niet-originele reserveonderdelen
gebruikt.
- Injectiesystemen
ongeschikte of incompatibele producten.
- De elektronische onderdelen zijn beschadigd vanwege externe
problemen zoals spanningsdalingen, overspanning, enz...
Aan het einde van de bovengenoemde garantietermijnen beschouwt het
fabrikantbedrijf zich als ontheven van alle aansprakelijkheid en
bovengenoemde verplichtingen.
Deze garantie, geldig vanaf 1 januari 2006, maakt elke andere garantie,
expliciet of impliciet, ongeldig en vervangt deze, en kan uitsluitend
schriftelijk worden gewijzigd.
