Intensive cleaning (for substances that are not
water-soluble)
• Please note that the disassembly and intensive
cleaning of the paint spray gun is unavoidable,
as otherwise deposits and an unclean spraying
result may occur when coating materials such as
lacquers or primers are used.
• Clean the gun and the paint cup after each use
with suitable thinners or cleaning agents. Emp-
ty the tank. Pour a little dilution into the cup and
rinse the cup. Empty the paint cup and repeat the
process again with clean thinner. Briefly spray the
clean thinner through the gun.
• Please be sure to wear a mask and solvent-resist-
ant gloves during cleaning! Also wear protective
goggles as splashes of solvent can cause eye
irritation.
• The pistol must never be placed in solvent for a
longer period of time or overnight!
• Never use never hard or pointed objects to re-
move paint residues. The nozzle must always be
clean, deposits from dried paint can distort the
spray jet and damage the gun.
• After thorough cleaning, rinse all parts well and
dry the paint spray gun. Put the gun back togeth-
er. Fill some thinner into the cup and blow the
thinner through the paint spray gun with com-
pressed air.
• Cleaning the tyre inflator
• Make sure that no foreign bodies or dirt enter the
compressed air opening.
• Do not subject the pressure gauge to vibrations or
mechanical pressure.
• Put a few drops of oil on the trigger pin seal from
time to time. Otherwise, the tyre gauge is main-
tenance-free.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the spray gun
– Always disconnect the spray gun from the com-
pressed air source first before maintenance and
cleaning.
– Flush the gun well with thinner or detergent. By
spraying a small amount of cleaning agent, the
riser pipe, nozzle and spray pipe can be cleaned
from the inside.
– Put a few drops of oil on the trigger pin seal from
time to time. Otherwise, the spray gun is mainte-
nance-free.

Air pressure and air volume
• The air tools should be operated at the pressure
specified in the technical data and with a compres-
sor with an air volume of min. 200 l/min. A higher
pressure than the max. permissible pressure would
shorten the service life of the units due to higher load.
The ideal is to use a compressor with an air volume
of 300–400 l/min.
• Use only connection hoses with an inner diameter of
at least 9 mm. When setting the air pressure, please
bear in mind that the pressure drops by approx. 0.6
bar for a hose length of 10 m and an inner diameter
of 9 mm.
Spare parts and accessories can be obtained from our

10. Storage

1.
Carry out all the general maintenance work listed
in the maintenance section of the operating in-
structions.
2.
When not in use for a longer period of time, oil the
complete paint spray gun from the inside and out-
side with some thin-bodied, acid-free oil. Before
the next use, pour some thinner into the paint cup
and blow the thinner through the paint spray gun
with compressed air to remove the oil.
3.
Store all parts of the set in a dry place protected
from dust and dirt.
