Warranty policy
12.
The complained parts or machines are to be sent free of charge to the
Westermann works in Meppen. After the warranty has been accepted, the
freight costs will be reimbursed.
13.
The warranty claim must be submitted to Westermann Customer Service
no later than 5 working days after the repair has been performed to ensure
a fast processing. Warranty claims received 3 months after repair can no
longer be processed.
14.
All previous warranty guidelines as well as the conditions of the general
terms and conditions and point 7 hereby lose their validity.
