11 Operation
11.1 Start | stop the CM2 PRO B&S engine
Before starting the engine, make sure that all controls are in their neutral positions
to prevent uncontrolled starting of attachments. Then observe the following steps:
11.1.1 Cold start
11.1.2 After the cold start
11.1.3 Starting at operating temperature
11.1.4 Stopping the machine

P Slide the throttle to the uppermost
position (choke).
P Press the ignition key
P START
P If the engine was started with the aid of the
choke, set the throttle to the desired position
as soon as the engine has warmed up and is
running smoothly without the choke.
P Optimal performance at full throttle
P Slide the throttle to the position just above
idle.
P Middle position between MIN and MAX
P Press the ignition key
P START
P Turn the ignition key.
P Engine stops.
