much inaccuracy. The self-tests are not added to the
300 tests possible with the device! This means that
you can perform 300 tests in any case.
» In case you want to compare the readings of the
ACE KETOSCAN Lite with those of a blood test, the
manufacturer gives the following advice: Although
many studies have shown that blood ketone (BHB)
and breath ketone (acetone) correlate in some way,
in practice it is difficult to convert from ppm to mmol/L
(or vice versa) because different substances are mea-
sured in each case. Therefore a conversion from ppm
to mmol/L is not possible (blood test device => BHB
/ unit of measurement: mmol/L, ACE Ketoscan Lite =>
acetone / unit of measurement: ppm).
» If the device does not work, please contact the nea-
rest service centre in the menu „Service centre" of the
KETOSCAN app or the dealer from whom you purcha-
sed the device.
