Operational hazards
• Hold the product properly to be able to react to nor-
mal or sudden movements, such as recoil.
• Keep a firm footing and keep your balance at all
times.
• Use suitable body protection equipment for your
personal protection, such as hearing and eye pro-
tection. Wearing personal protective equipment,
such as dust masks, anti-slip safety shoes, safety
helmet or hearing protection, depending on the type
and use of the product reduces the risk of injuries.
• When working, hold the driving-in device in such
a way that the head and body cannot be injured in
the event of a possible recoil due to a power supply
incident or hard spots in the workpiece.
• Never trigger the product into empty space. In this
way, you avoid hazards from free-flying driven-in
fasteners and overstressing of the product.
• When transporting, disconnect the power tool from
the compressed air supply, especially when using
ladders or moving in an unaccustomed position.
• At the workplace, only carry the single-action tool
by the handle and not with the trigger actuated.
• Pay attention to the workplace conditions. Driven-in
fasteners can potentially penetrate thin workpieces
or slide off workpieces when working on corners
and edges, thereby endangering persons.
Hazards due to repetitive movements
When using a product for long periods of time, the user
may experience discomfort in the hands, arms, shoul-
ders, neck or other parts of the body.

• When using the product, the user should maintain
a comfortable posture, taking care to stand secure-
ly and avoiding awkward postures or those where

sistent or recurring discomfort, pain, palpitations,

tivities.

Hazards due to accessories and consumables
• Disconnect the product from the compressed air
supply before changing accessories or making ad-
justments.
• Only use accessories and consumables of the siz-
es and types recommended by the manufacturer
of the air nail gun.
Hazards in the workplace
• Slips, trips and falls are major causes of work-
place accidents. Pay attention to slippery surfaces
caused by the use of the product and also to tripping
hazards caused by the air pressure hose.
• Extra caution should be exercised in unknown en-
vironments. There may be hidden hazards, such as
electrical cables or other supply lines.
• This product is not intended for use in hazardous
areas and is not insulated against contact with elec-
trical energy.
• Ensure that there are no electrical cables, gas
pipes, etc. that could cause a hazard if damaged
by the product.
Hazards due to dust and exhaust gases
• If the product is used in an area where static dust is
present, it may swirl up the dust, causing a hazard.
• The air nail gun shall be operated and maintained
in accordance with the recommendations contained
in this manual to minimise the release of dust and
vapours.
• The exhaust air must be discharged in such a way
that the whirling up of dust in a dust-filled environ-
ment is reduced to a minimum.
• All installation/accessory parts of the product in-
tended to collect, extract or suppress flying dust or
vapours should be used and maintained in accord-
ance with the manufacturer's instructions.
• Do not breathe in the exhaust air. Avoid getting the
exhaust air in your eyes.
• The exhaust air from the product may contain water,
oil, metal particles or impurities from the compres-
sor. This can cause damage to health.
Hazards due to noise
• Exposure to high levels of noise without protection
can cause permanent disabilities, hearing loss and
other problems such as tinnitus (ringing, buzzing,
whistling or humming in the ears).
• Use hearing protection equipment as required by
occupational health and safety regulations.
