Discard
● Make sure that you follow local regulations when you
discard the product. Do not burn the product.
10 Servicing
● An approved person must assemble the parts of the
product included tires on the wheel. Incorrect
assembly can cause instability and malfunctions.
● Only approved service technicians are permitted to
open and reseal the chassis compartment located
behind the bumper.
Possible cause
The rain sensor is deactivated.
The rain sensor is dirty or
damaged.
The blades are blocked.
The grass on the working area
is too high.
It is raining.
The time setting in the app is
not correct.
The product has been
activated manually.
The router is operating on a
different frequency.
The product and the device
has not been paired.
Task
Check in the app if the rain sensor is activated
or deactivated.
● Examine if the rain sensor is damaged or
dirty.
● Clean the product.
● If the fault continues, refer to an approved
service center.
● Clean the blades from dirt and other debris.
● Cut the grass with a regular lawn mower, the
grass must be shorter than 10 cm.
● Do not start the product when it is raining,
wet grass can get stuck into the blades.
● Set the rain delay for at least 4 hours.
● Make sure that the time settings in your
device is correct.
● Do a check if the rain sensor is activated.
● There is not power supply.
● The schedule is not set and saved correctly.
● It is raining or it is dark outside.
● Stop and start the product again.
● Make sure that the router is operating on a
2.4 GHz frequency. The device and the
product must be connected to the same
network.
● Do a check if the app has Bluetooth and
location permissions on your device.
● Check if the Wi-Fi icon on the display of the
product is lit and do a check if the Wi-Fi icon
on the app is lit. If the Wi-Fi icon on the
station is lit, but not on the product, move
the product near to the router then try to
connect again.
