Possible cause
The blades are worn or
damaged.
The grass on some areas are
too high.
There are obstacles on the
area.
The wide-angle camera does
not recognise obstacle.
The magnetic tags are not
correctly installed.
The product is stuck in the
working area.
The product fails to return to
the charging station.
The product is outside the
working area.
The camera lens is dirty or
blocked.
The product cannot find the
charging station.
There is an obstacle within 2 m
in the front of the charging
station.
The charging station is pointed
in the wrong direction.
The wide-angle camera is
dirty.
The wheels are covered with
dirt or mud that cause it to
loose traction.
Task
● Examine the blades and replace if necessary.
● If the unsual vibration continues, refer to an
approved service center.
● Make sure that the grass in the mowing area
is under 10 cm.
● Make sure the are no obstacles in the area.
● Make sure that the camera is working
correctly.
● Refer to "3.3 To install the magnetic tags" on
page 21.
● Do a check where the product is and why it
is stuck.
● Put to product on a level surface without
obstacles. Push the "START" button then the
"OK" button.
● Make sure you select the correct location of
the charging station. Refer to "3.1 To install
the charging station" on page 20
● Move the product inside the working area
and start it again.
● Examine the wide-angle camera and clean it
if necessary.
● Make sure that the wide-angle camera is
clean and the QR-code of the charging
station is readable.
● Make sure there are no strong lights that
prevent the camera to read the QR-code in
the charging station.
● Make sure that there are no obstacle in front
of the charging station.
● Refer to "3.1 To install the charging station"
on page 20
Make sure that the wide-angle camera is clean.
Clean the product if necessary.
