Possible cause

The product is outside the charging

The wheel motor is blocked
The blade disc blocked

Task
● Put back the product on the charging station and
make sure that the electrodes are correctly connected.
● Do a check in the app if the product is within its
designated working area.
● Put it back to the working area.
● If the limit line line is not clear, put magnetic strips so
that the product stays inside the limit line.
● Stop the product and put it to an area without
obstacles.
● To start push the "START" button then the "OK" button.
● If the fault message continues, stop the product and
turn it upside down. Do a check if there is a blockage
in the wheels that prevents them to rotate.
