Possible cause
Task
● Stop the product and put it to an area without
obstacles.
● To start push the "START" button then the "OK" button.
● If the fault message continues, stop the product and
turn it upside down. Do a check if there is an
obstruction that prevents the wheel axle to turn.
● Remove the obstruction, turn product upright and
restart.
● Turn the product upright and push the "START" button
and then "OK" button.
● Stop the product and put it to a level surface without
obstacles.
● To start push the "START" button then the "OK" button.
● The charging station must be put on a level surface.
● Manually put the product in the charging station.
When the product is fully charged, push the "START"
button then the "OK" button.
