Position 3:
The weight is mostly on the tool. The tools will not jump up and slide on top of the cover-
ing.
Changing the blades
Attention! Disconnect the power supply before changing the tool. Use work gloves
for your own safety!
f Lock the center weights in position 1.
f Tip the machine until it rests in a stable position.
f Clean and loosen the screws of the blade mounting.
f Take care! Place the wrench at a position opposite to the blade to avoid injury.
f Replace the blade.
Make sure that the blade fits exactly into the support. On normal and hard subfloors the
bevel of the blade should show upwards (B). On soft subfloors the bevel should show
downwards (A).

Adjusting the blade angle
WARNING!
Pull out the mains plug before starting work. Use gloves. Move the weights to
Position 1 (see 2.5). Tilt the machine over the rear wheels until it is in a stable
position.
The blade angle to the ground can be adjusted in three positions on the floor stripper.
The picture shows the middle position. The adjustment is done as follows:
f Remove the 4 M10 screws. There are two on each side of the holder. See above.
f For a steeper blade angle, turn the holder downwards.
f For a flatter angle, turn the holder upwards.
f Re-fasten the screws again.
