3.Incompatibility with USB drives
Brands commonly found in the market are compatible, such as SanDisk, Kingston, HP, and aigo. If there is a failure to read the USB drive, it is
recommended to format it before use. The USB drive is preferably a FAT32 file system.
4.Display screen prompts "Reset failed"
1) Due to the lack of limit switches for the chuck and rollers, the "Auto-home on startup" and "Resume engraving" functions are not available.
2) Before exporting the GC file using LightBurn, make sure to disable the "Auto-home on startup" function.
5.The energy at the edges of the engraving is deeper.
Solution : Enable overscanning for engraving.
