When multiple energy storage devices are in operation, the exception handling logic is as follows:
offline devices will actively shut down their output to 0W, and the remaining online devices will actively take
over their target power.
Multiple energy storage devices can be added, a maximum of one Smart Meter can be added, and multiple
smart appliances can be added.
