Read the instructions carefully before starting and check that all parts are present.

Make sure that the engine, exhaust system, radiator, etc. have cooled down before proceeding with the disassembly/assembly.
For correct installation, the tightening of the screws must take place after the correct positioning of the silencer.

After the first 500 km and at regular intervals check the correct tightening of the small parts used for fixing the kit.
•
Your SC-Project exhaust requires periodic inspection and maintenance. It will be necessary to increase the frequency of the inspections as the mileage/
kilometres travelled increases. If the product is leaking, bent, deformed or broken, we recommend that you have it inspected by the assistance service
before using it again.
•
The exhaust can only be fitted on the Aprilia models indicated in the type-approval certificates included in the kit.
•
Any tampering with the exhaust will invalidate the type-approval and circulation on the road will become illegal.
•
The assembly operations of the various parts of the motorcycle and the assembly of this kit must be carried out by specialized personnel of Aprilia
dealers, following the instructions given in the instruction manual.
•
Weigh the exhaust before assembly, to periodically check the wear of the internal sound-absorbing cartridge. (The sound-absorbing material cartri-
dge must be replaced when the weight decreases by 10% compared to the initial weight).
•
Before using the exhaust on the road, check that it does not interfere with parts of the bodywork, frame or turn indicators.
•
To clean the carbon parts, use a clean cloth with water and neutral detergents.
•
To clean the steel and titanium parts, use a cloth with WD-40 spray lubricant or equivalent.
•
A slight colour variation of the exhaust is possible due to the high temperatures
•
SC-Project assumes no responsibility for damage resulting from incorrect installation.
•
HIGH TEMPERATURE SURFACES: Do not touch the silencer during or after starting the engine, as it can be very hot.

Prima di iniziare, leggere attentamente le istruzioni e controllare che tutte le parti siano presenti.

Prima di procedere allo smontaggio/montaggio, assicurarsi che il motore, il sistema di scarico, radiatore, ecc. si siano raffreddati.
•
Per una corretta installazione, il serraggio delle viti deve avvenire dopo il corretto posizionamento del silenziatore.
•
Controllare dopo i primi 500 km e periodicamente, il corretto serraggio della minuteria utilizzata per il montaggio del kit.
•
Il tuo scarico SC-Project richiede ispezione e manutenzione periodiche. Al crescere del chilometraggio percorso sarà necessario aumentare la frequen-
za delle ispezioni. Se il prodotto ha delle perdite, è piegato, deformato o rotto, consigliamo di far ispezionare al servizio di assistenza prima del nuovo
utilizzo.
•
Lo scarico può essere montato unicamente su modelli Aprilia, indicati nei certificati di omologazioni presenti nel kit.
•
Una qualsiasi manomissione dello scarico farà decadere l'omologazione e la circolazione su strada diventerà illegale.
•
Le operazioni di montaggio delle varie parti della moto e il montaggio del presente kit, dovranno essere eseguite da personale specializzato dei con-
cessionari Aprilia, seguendo le indicazioni riportate nel manuale istruzioni.
•
Pesare lo scarico prima del montaggio, per controllare periodicamente l'usura della cartuccia del fonoassorbente interno.
(Quando il peso diminuisce del 10% rispetto al peso di partenza la cartuccia di materiale fonoassorbente va sostituita).
•
Prima dell'utilizzo su strada dello scarico, verificare che non interferisca con parti di carrozzeria telaio o frecce.
•
Per la pulizia delle parti in carbonio, utilizzare un panno pulito con acqua e detergenti neutri.
•
Per la pulizia dell'acciaio e del titanio, utilizzare un panno e del lubrificante wd-40 o equivalenti.
•
Una leggera variazione di colore dello scarico è possibile causa le elevate temperature.
•
SC-Project non si assume nessuna responsabilità per danni risultanti da un'incorretta installazione.
•
SUPERFICI AD ALTA TEMPERATURA: Durante o dopo l'accensione del motore non toccare il silenziatore, può essere rovente.

Avant de commencer, lire attentivement les instructions et vérifier si toutes les pièces sont présentes.

Avant de procéder au démontage/montage, vérifier si le moteur, le système d'échappement, le radiateur, etc. ont refroidi.
•
Pour une installation correcte, le serrage des vis doit avoir lieu après le bon positionnement du silencieux.
•
Après les 500 premiers km et périodiquement par la suite, vérifier le bon serrage des pièces de fixation utilisées pour le montage du kit.
•
L'échappement SC-Project nécessite une inspection et un entretien périodiques. Au fur et à mesure que le kilométrage parcouru augmentera, il sera
nécessaire d'augmenter la fréquence des inspections. Si le produit fuit, est plié, déformé ou cassé, il est recommandé de le faire inspecter par le service
après-vente avant de le réutiliser.
•
L'échappement ne peut être monté que sur les modèles Aprilia indiqués dans les certificats d'homologation inclus dans le kit.
•
Toute altération de l'échappement invalidera l'homologation et la circulation routière deviendra illégale.
•
Les opérations de montage des différentes pièces de la moto et le montage de ce kit doivent être effectués par du personnel spécialisé des concession-
naires Aprilia, en suivant les instructions données dans le manuel d'utilisation.
•
Peser l'échappement avant le montage pour vérifier périodiquement l'usure de la cartouche insonorisante interne. (Lorsque le poids diminue de 10
% par rapport au poids de départ, la cartouche de matériau insonorisant doit être remplacée).
•
Avant d'utiliser l'échappement sur route, vérifier s'il n'interfère pas avec des parties de la carrosserie, du cadre ou des clignotants.
•
Pour nettoyer les pièces en carbone, utiliser un chiffon propre avec de l'eau et un détergent neutre.
•
Pour nettoyer l'acier et le titane, utiliser un chiffon et du lubrifiant WD-40 ou équivalent.
•
Une légère variation de couleur de l'échappement est possible en raison des températures élevées.
•
SC-Project décline toute responsabilité pour les dommages résultant d'une mauvaise installation.
SURFACES À HAUTE TEMPÉRATURE : Pendant ou après le démarrage du moteur, ne pas toucher le silencieux car il peut être chaud.
