Improper use
The SILENT flow sensor may not be operated in combination with equipment that generates a significant
en
amount of dust such as sandblasting units, trimmers, or CAM milling systems!
Only spare parts and accessories supplied or authorized by Renfert GmbH may be used with this prod-
uct. If other spare parts or accessories are used, this could have a detrimental effect on the safety of the

Product description
General description
The SILENT flow sensor measures the flow rate that flows through it. The measured flow rate is com-
pared electronically with a threshold value defined in the unit. If the flow rate is less than the defined
threshold value for a certain period, this is indicated by an acoustic as well as a visual signal.
The SILENT flow sensor meets the requirements of the section on flow rate monitoring units in Annex A of
the testing principles GS-IFA-M20-2012-12 issued by the IFA (German Institute for Work and Health).
