Light does not switch ON.

• Ensure unobstructed sensor vision.
– Malfunctioning from Wi-Fi router or access points.

(at least 3 m).
Lights do not switch OFF.
– Objects moving in the detection zone.
• Check detection zone.
– Malfunctioning from Wi-Fi router or access points.
• Increase distance from Wi-Fi routers or access points
(at least 3 m).
Sensor switches OFF despite persons being present.
– Stay-ON time too short.
• Increase stay-ON time.
– Malfunctioning from Wi-Fi router or access points.
• Increase distance from Wi-Fi routers or access points
(at least 3 m).
Sensor switches ON despite no persons being present.
– Movement within adjacent rooms and floor levels.
• Change reach.
• Reducer sensitivity.
– Malfunctioning from Wi-Fi router or access points.
• Increase distance from Wi-Fi routers or access points
(at least 3 m).
Sensor not connecting with the app.
– App or smartphone system crash.
• Restart mobile terminal device.
