Intended use
This leaf sweeper is specially designed for sweeping dirty surfaces outdoors and is intended exclusively
for private use.
SAFETY
Read all safety instructions and precautions. Failure to follow the safety instructions and precautions
may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
The operator is obliged to use the device as intended, to observe the environment and to be
considerate of other people, especially children.
Always follow these safety guidelines. Failure to do so can lead to serious bodily injury or death.
NOTE ON SAFE USE
•
Keep all safety instructions and precautions for future reference.
•
Keep children, other people and animals away while using the device. The minimum safety
distance is 5 m.
•
Be careful not to slip or fall, especially if you are working backwards.
•
Check the environment in which the device will be used and remove any items that could be
picked up and thrown away by the device.
•
Wear personal protective equipment. Wear suitable work clothes such as sturdy shoes with
non-slip soles, durable long pants, gloves and safety glasses.
•
Always wear safety glasses or eye protection during operation or when adjusting or repairing.
•
Be extremely careful when working on or crossing gravel driveways, sidewalks, or roads, and
be aware of hidden hazards or traffic.
•
When changing/lifting/emptying the sweeping container, make sure that it stands securely.
•
Always work the machine across the slope. Max. at an inclination of 30°. Be especially careful
when changing direction, turning or pulling the device in your direction on a slope.
