7. Declaration of Conformity
FLARM Technology AG declares that Power-
FLARM Flex complies with Directive 2014/53/
EU. The full EU Declaration of Conformity is
available at: www.flarm.com
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC.
Operation is subject to the following two con-
ditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful
interference and (2) this device must accept
any interference received, including interfer-
ence that may cause undesired operation.
8. Warranty
PowerFLARM Flex is covered by a limited
warranty against defects in materials and
workmanship under normal use. The warran-
ty period complies with applicable laws in the
country of purchase and applies only to the
original purchaser.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers:
• Defects in materials or workmanship that
arise under normal operating conditions.

• Repair or replacement of the device at the
discretion of the manufacturer.
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by improper installation,
misuse, unauthorized modifications, or
accidents.
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic
damage.
• Damage caused by improper power sourc-
es, excessive voltage, or failure to follow
installation guidelines.
• Software updates or changes in regulatory
requirements that may affect device
compatibility.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, contact FLARM
Technology AG or an authorized service pro-
vider. Proof of purchase and issue details may
be required. The manufacturer reserves the
right to repair or replace the device with an
equivalent product at its discretion.
This warranty is limited to the value of the
original purchase price and does not cover in-
direct or consequential damages.
