Positioning the Measuring Tool (see figure A)
The stated levelling accuracy is only achieved when the measur-
ing tool is positioned correctly:
– For horizontal alignment using the spirit level for horizontal
alignment (4), the aluminium supporting surface (12) of the
measuring tool must face downward.
– For vertical alignment using the spirit level for vertical
alignment (5), the laser outlet apertures (6) and (1) must face
upward and the aluminium supporting surface (12) of the
measuring tool must face left.
Possible applications
Alignment with Laser Line (Line Operation)
In line operation, you can align objects on walls, for example:
– horizontally next to each other (measuring tool positioned ho-
rizontally),
– vertically on top of each other (measuring tool positioned ver-
tically),
– at any angle (measuring tool aligned with the rotating disc (14)
of the holder).
