*DIP-Switch 1 controls the Onboard Windows Driver. If DIP-Switch 1 is enabled, then also
the driver is enabled. Otherwise the DIP-Switch 1 is disabled, then also the driver is
disabled.
4. Hardware Installation
Please follow the installation instructions below. As there are significant differences between PCs,
we can only provide general instructions for connecting the EX-1330M. If you are unsure, please
refer to your computer's user manual.
1. If you wish to mount the EX-1330M on a DIN rail, first follow points 4 & 5 on page 7 before
proceeding with point 2.
2. Set DIP switches 2, 3 & 4 to inactive and only DIP switch 1 to active.
3. This is necessary for the operating system to install the ports in the correct order.
4. Connect the USB-C connector of the supplied USB cable to the EX-1330M and the USB-A
connector to the USB-A port on your PC.
