3.4. Operating the brakes

Risk of injuries
• All four castor wheels must be locked before using the nursing bed. If only one brake is
applied, the bed can still move.
The brakes on all castors can be locked to prevent involuntary rolling.
3.4.1. Releasing the brakes (A)
Use your foot to press the top of the brake lever backwards.
3.4.2. Activating the brakes (B)
Use your foot to press the brake lever down towards the castor
wheel.
