Avant le nettoyage de l'appareil ou le remplacement du fusible déconnectez toujours
l'appareil de sa source d'énergie.
Ne réparez jamais vous-mêmes tout raccordement défectueux de câble. Dans un tel
cas, déconnectez l'appareil de son alimentation d'énergie et envoyez-le à un atelier
spécialisé.
Soin général
La poussière peut être facilement enlevée avec un aspirateur et une brosse molle et propre. Ne dirigez
pas l'embout du tuyau de l'aspirateur directement sur les boutons.
Vous pouvez également employer un tissu mou, sec et non pelucheux pour nettoyer le logement des
appareils.
N'employez pas les produits de nettoyage agressifs ou les solutions chimiques. Ils pourraient
endommager le logement ou altérer l'opération des appareils.
Remplacement de fusible
1.
Débranchez la prise de courant et puis débranchez le cordon d'alimentation.
2.
Enlevez le coffret de fusible (10) avec un tournevis.
3.
Remplacez le fusible par un nouveau fusible du même type (T4L250V). Il y en a un de rechange
stocké dans le coffret.
4.
Repoussez le coffret de fusible jusqu'à ce qu'il soit déclenché pour être audible.
Disposition
Afin de préserver, protéger et améliorer la qualité de l'environnement, protéger la santé humaine
et utiliser les ressources naturelles prudemment et de manière rationnelle, l'utilisateur doit
renvoyer le produit inutile à l'endroit approprié selon des règlements statutaires.
La poubelle sur roues avec une croix par dessus indique que le produit doit être disposé
séparément et non en tant que déchets municipaux. Il est employé en même temps avec soit
une barre solide ou la date de fabrication / mis sur le marché.
Questions répétives
Le voyant d'alimentation (2) ne s'allume pas ou
indique la couleur rouge.
Le voyant d'alimentation (2) indique la couleur
vert mais aucun bruit ne peut être entendu.

Assurez-vous que le dispositif a été mis en
marche et il y a signal d'entrée.
Assurez-vous que la prise de courant a été
branchée. Vérifiez si le fusible est défectueux.
Eteignez l'appareil et puis allumez-le, si le
système protecteur est déclenché.
Vérifiez si le bouton de volume est placé sur
minimum.
Assurez-vous que la source audio est connectez
et allumée.
Assurez-vous que la source audio n'est pas en
mode de sourdine.
Assurez-vous que les câbles de raccordement
fonctionnent.
Installation and connection
Prior to connecting the corresponding cables/ device to the inputs and outputs of the
apparatus, turn the apparatus off. Separate the apparatus from the mains and disconnect
the power plug.
Never connect the inputs or outputs to any power source. Connect the input to low-level
audio outputs or to loudspeaker outputs of audio systems only.
When connecting the apparatus, make sure that the connecting cable is neither squeezed
nor damaged.
Before you start the installation, make sure that the values for input sensitivity and input
impedance, as provided in the technical data, match the data of the connected audio
devices. Otherwise the apparatus or the audio device may be damaged.
Do not drill any additional holes into the amplifier's housing to mount the apparatus.
Connect to loudspeakers with minimum impedance of 4 ohms only.

Cut an opening of 188 x 257 mm in the subwoofer enclosure.
2.
Connect the output wires (13) to the loudspeaker wire, black to negative pole and red to positive
pole. Make sure there is no short-circuit and wrong connection.
3.
Use an audio output that is influenced by the volume knob of the audio amplifier. Otherwise the
subwoofer volume cannot be adjusted through the apparatus.
4.
Leave enough space between loudspeaker magnet and the amplifier. Usually, clearance of at least
8cm is required.
5.
Insert the apparatus to the pre-cut hole and fasten it with 8 screws.
The housing material is important to the quality of the subwoofer. It should be with good stiffness
and self-damping capability. Good quality ¾ plywood or MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) is good
material for subwoofer housing.
Operation
Before connecting the apparatus, make sure it is switched off.
Before turning on the apparatus, make sure that volume knob is set to minimum.
1.
Connect the power cord to the mains connection jack (11). Plug power plug to the mains socket.
2.
Tone the volume to minimum by turning the volume knob (5). Set the phase regulator (6) to "0°".
Set the crossover frequency control (7) to middle.
3.
Select the desired operating mode by operating mode selector (3). In "AUTO" mode, the apparatus'
turn on automatically when a signal is applied to the cinch jacks and turn off when there is no input
signal for 16 minutes. In "ON" mode, the apparatus permanently turns on.
4.
Connect the audio device to cinch input.
5.
Turn on the connected audio device and start playback.
6.
Adjust the volume through volume knob (5). Booming sound should be avoided.
7.
Control the relative phase of the subwoofer by phase knob (6) to obtain least bass wave
cancellation.
8.
Set the crossover frequency at any point between 50Hz and 160Hz by frequency knob (7). The
subwoofer should complement the existing loudspeakers in low frequency range. Utilise this
function to avoid overlap or discreteness in frequency band of your audio system.
9.
Repeat procedures 6 to 8 to optimise the output of your audio system, considering volume, phase
and frequency are interactive.
10.
Select between LFE and low pass filter (subwoofer) by LFE selector.
LFE channel carries additional bass information to enrich the bass information in the main
channels.
Its signal is 10dB louder than signals of equivalent level in any other channels.
The subwoofer output reproduces bass information from all other channels.
A protection circuit is integrated to protect the amplifier module. The circuit will switch the device off in
case it is overheated or short-circuited on the output. To recover from protection, wait for 30 seconds
and turn on the apparatus.
